 Permanent brow services at Elena Radu Artistry start at $700 for Powder Brows, $750 for Combination Brows, and $800 for Nano Brows (hair-stroke technique done with a digital machine). All services include the initial session plus a perfecting session within 6–8 weeks. 

 Permanent makeup typically lasts 1–3 years depending on technique, skin type, sun exposure, and skincare routine. Brows last 1–2 years, lip blush 2–3 years, and eyeliner 1–3 years. We recommend a maintenance touch-up every 12–18 months. 

 Yes — when performed by a licensed and trained artist using sterile, single-use needles and pigments approved for cosmetic use. Elena Radu Artistry operates under a Texas Permanent Makeup License with hygiene protocols that meet or exceed state regulations. 

 Traditional microblading uses a manual blade — can scar over time and fades unpredictably. Powder Brows create a soft shaded effect using a digital machine — gentler, longer-lasting, no scarring. Nano Brows (Like Your Own) deliver hair-stroke aesthetic using a digital machine — safer, more precise. At Elena Radu Artistry, we exclusively use modern machine-based techniques (Powder, Combination, Nano) — we do not currently offer manual-blade microblading. 

 Lip blush is a soft, semi-permanent tint that enhances your natural lip color, shape, and symmetry. The result looks like a perfectly stained lip — subtle to defined depending on the pigment chosen. Lip blush at Elena Radu Artistry is $750. 

 We recommend booking bridal services 6–12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. For BBP (Bridal Beauty Prep Program), which combines permanent makeup with wedding-day artistry, we recommend 6–12 months out. 

 Elena Radu Artistry is located at 26202 Oak Ridge Drive, Suite A-100, The Woodlands, TX 77380. The studio is private, by-appointment only, and serves The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Tomball, Magnolia, and the greater North Houston area.
