The Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ is a structured, preparation-based experience designed to be planned in advance. Program scope, preparation pathway, and timelines are established during consultation and confirmed prior to booking.
• BBP™ bookings require consultation approval and a signed service agreement
• A $150 non-refundable retainer reserves your spot in the program at consult
• The retainer is non-transferable and no rescheduling is permitted — a change of date requires a new booking with a new retainer
• Preparation timelines are confirmed in advance and must respect permanent makeup healing and refinement windows when applicable
• Wedding-day bridal beauty execution is delivered according to the agreed preparation plan
• Adjustments outside the confirmed preparation timeline are not guaranteed
• Program availability is limited and based on wedding date and service capacity .
These policies apply only to clients booked under the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™.
The following policies apply to standalone bridal services booked outside of the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ and do not include long-term preparation or planning.
Wedding dates are reserved only after a $250 non-refundable retainer is received and confirmation is provided in writing. Dates are not held without payment confirmation.
Bridal party services (bridesmaids, mothers, juniors, flower girls) require a separate $100 non-refundable retainer, paid once party details are locked in — typically 90-120 days before the wedding.
The $250 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure services. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding date. Payment plans are available for investments over $1,000 — outlined in your custom proposal.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, or Venmo. A 3.8% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments.
On-location services include travel time and logistical coordination. For team bookings, travel is calculated per artist.
Within 30 miles of The Woodlands (77380): A flat $50 travel/setup fee applies.
Beyond 30 miles: Mileage is charged at $1.50 per mile, calculated as the round-trip distance from the studio to the venue and back.
Tolls, parking, and valet fees are billed to the client or added to the final invoice.
Destination weddings: All travel costs — including airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals — are the client's responsibility.
Early start or after-hours fees apply when services are scheduled outside standard working hours. Fees are assessed per artist and based on the scheduled start time.
• Services starting 7:00–9:00 AM: $50 per artist
• Services starting before 7:00 AM: $100/hour per artist
• Saturday/Sunday surcharge: +$50
• Holiday surcharge: +$75
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for services.
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face — free of makeup, sunscreen, or heavy skincare residue. A $35 cleanup surcharge applies if makeup must be removed prior to application.
For hair, please arrive with clean, completely dry hair, free of heavy product buildup. A $35 blow-dry surcharge applies if hair is wet, and 30 additional minutes may be required.
A $25 late fee per 15 minutes applies after a 10-minute grace period if the client or members of the bridal party arrive late.
Hair services are provided by a licensed team lead hairstylist and coordinated as part of the booked service. Hair scope is defined by the confirmed timeline and headcount.
On-site touch-up time may be added based on availability and scheduling needs. Touch-up services are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

The booking retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of signing. The retainer cannot be applied toward a future date — no rescheduling is permitted. A change of date requires a new booking with a new retainer.
• More than 30 days before the wedding: retainer forfeited only
• 14–30 days before: retainer + 25% of total service fee
• Within 14 days: retainer + 50% of total service fee
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of total service fee
If Elena Radu Artistry must cancel, a full refund (including retainer) is provided within two weeks..
Services are delivered as booked and confirmed in writing. Additional services requested on the wedding day may not be accommodated due to timing, staffing, or scheduling limitations.
For bridal parties of 5 or more service applications, a detailed wedding-day timeline is provided once headcount is locked. An additional artist may be required and is billed at $175 flat per event.
Final timelines and service scope are confirmed prior to the wedding and executed accordingly.

Bridal beauty services are offered either as standalone, limited-scope services or through the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ for a fully planned experience. Policies apply based on the service type booked.
