Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ Policies

 The Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ is a structured, preparation-based experience designed to be planned in advance. Program scope, preparation pathway, and timelines are established during consultation and confirmed prior to booking.

• BBP™ bookings require consultation approval and a signed service agreement
• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the program and wedding date
• Preparation timelines are confirmed in advance and must respect permanent makeup healing and refinement windows when applicable
• Wedding-day bridal beauty execution is delivered according to the agreed preparation plan
• Adjustments outside the confirmed preparation timeline are not guaranteed
• Program availability is limited and based on wedding date and service capacity

These policies apply only to clients booked under the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™.

The following policies apply to standalone bridal services booked outside of the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ and do not include long-term preparation or planning. 

• 1) Booking & Date Reservation

Wedding dates are reserved only after a non-refundable retainer is received and confirmation is provided in writing. Dates are not held without payment confirmation. 

• 2) Payment Schedule

A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure services.
Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadline to maintain the reserved date. 

• 3) Travel, Team Travel & On-Location Services

On-location services include travel time and logistical coordination. Travel fees may apply based on distance, parking, tolls, and time requirements.

For team bookings, travel and logistics are calculated per artist when applicable.

Mileage beyond the included service radius is charged per mile, round-trip.

• 4) Early Start / After-Hours Fees (Per Artist)

Early start or after-hours fees apply when services are scheduled outside standard working hours. Fees are assessed per artist and based on the scheduled start time.

• 5) Client Preparation Requirements

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for services.

Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. Hair should be free of heavy product buildup.

Arriving late may reduce service time or affect final results.

• 6) Hair Services

Hair services are provided by a licensed team lead hairstylist and coordinated as part of the booked service. Hair scope is defined by the confirmed timeline and headcount. 

• 7) Optional On-Site Touch-Up Services

On-site touch-up time may be added based on availability and scheduling needs. Touch-up services are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

• 8) Reschedule & Cancellation

Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur rescheduling fees.

Cancellations within a limited timeframe prior to the wedding date may result in forfeiture of payments, as outlined in your agreement.

• 9) Service Scope & Expectations

Services are delivered as booked and confirmed in writing. Additional services requested on the wedding day may not be accommodated due to timing, staffing, or scheduling limitations.

Final timelines and service scope are confirmed prior to the wedding and executed accordingly. 

Important Note

Bridal beauty services are offered either as standalone, limited-scope services or through the Bridal Beauty Prep Program™ for a fully planned experience. Policies apply based on the service type booked.
