• Provide Your Info:
  Enter your full name, email address, and phone number so I can contact you to confirm your appointment and share important details.
• Choose Your Date:
  Let me know your preferred appointment date and time. I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
• Select Your Service:
  Pick from the available PMU services, such as:
  • Powder/Ombre Brows
  • Nano brows/ Hyperrealism
  • Lip Blushing
  • Foxy Eyeliner
  • Lash Line Enhancement, and more!
• Share Health Information:
  Answer quick health-related questions to ensure the procedure is suitable for you.
• Add Comments:
  Have specific preferences or questions? Include them in the comments section for a personalized experience.
• Submit Your Form:
  Review your info for accuracy, then click "Submit Form."

Once you submitted your form, I’ll review it and get back to you within 24-48 hours. I may request additional details if needed, so please add this email to your safe sender list to avoid missing any updates. After that, you’ll receive a booking link and the pre-procedure instructions to prepare for your appointment.
