BRIDAL BOOKING, TRAVEL & PREPARATION POLICY

• Wedding dates are reserved only after a $250 non-refundable booking retainer is paid, the service agreement is signed, and confirmation is provided in writing.
   
• Your date is not held without payment confirmation.
   

• The booking retainer is applied toward your total balance.
   
• Remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date (unless otherwise stated in your invoice).
   
• Bridal trials are paid in full at booking.
   

• On-location services include a $50 base travel/logistics fee.
   
• For bookings requiring multiple artists, an additional $25 per additional artist applies (to cover staffing coordination and logistics).
   
• Mileage beyond 30 miles from 77380 is charged at $1.50 per mile (round trip) per vehicle, as applicable.
   
• Additional location-related costs (valet, parking, tolls, venue access fees) may apply and will be added to the final invoice.
   

To protect timeline reliability and staffing:

• Start time 8:00–8:59 AM: $75 per artist
   
• Start time before 8:00 AM: $125 per artist
   
• Start time after 5:00 PM: $50 per artist
   

These fees are confirmed in your quote and added to the invoice.

To stay on schedule and ensure best results:

• Please arrive with a clean face (no foundation, mascara residue, or heavy skincare oils).
   
• If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please notify us in advance.
   
• Arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce service time and may affect the final result.
   

Hair services are available through a licensed hairstylist partner and are quoted based on style, timeline, and headcount. Hair pricing and policies may differ based on the licensed provider.

Touch-up support can be added for brides who want additional coverage before photos, ceremony, or reception:

• Touch-Up Only (45 minutes): $125
   
• On-Site Artist Stay: $150/hour (booked in advance and subject to availability)
   

• Retainers are non-refundable.
   
• One reschedule request may be accommodated with 30+ days’ notice, subject to availability.
   
• Reschedules within 30 days may require a new retainer depending on date availability and staffing.
   

• Services are delivered as booked and quoted. Additional services, added people, or timeline changes may require additional artists and fees.
   
• Final timing is confirmed based on “ready by” time, headcount, and location logistics.
