Bookings & Payments
Appointments, quotes, and service dates may require a non-refundable retainer to reserve time. Payment terms, due dates, and fees are provided with your invoice/quote and booking confirmation.

Service-Specific Policies

• Bridal services and on-location/group bookings follow the policies provided with your quote and agreement.
   
• In-studio appointments follow the posted studio policies.
   

Client Responsibility

Late Arrivals / Timeline Delays
Late arrival or changes to the schedule may reduce service time and may affect the final result. Additional time, staffing, or services may require additional fees.

Elena Radu Artistry is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors outside our control (venue restrictions, traffic, weather, third-party vendors, client delays, or conditions not disclosed in advance).
