At Elena Radu Artistry, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Appointment Cancellations:
  
  • We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
• No-Show Policy:
  
  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
• Late Arrivals:
  
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate our schedule. In this case, the full service fee will still apply.
• Emergency Cancellations:
  
  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
• Booking Fees:
  
  • A non-refundable booking fee of $50 of the service price is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards your service.
• Refunds:
  
  • We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
